CANCELLATIONS + REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Powerful Alchemy reserves the right to cancel a course at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrolment or other operational reasons. In the event of course cancellation, registered participants will be notified promptly, and refunds will be deferred to the next course or a full refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

Deposits for courses are non-refundable.

Refunds of balance of course fees are generally available 60 days prior to the commencement date of a course. After this date no refunds are given unless we can find a replacement including deposits paid.

If there are any extenuating situations they will be considered on a case by case basis but no guarantee of a refund is stated.
